Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.
Article 1: Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the program 'Magnetize Metal with Your Mind' are the property of Bree Qi. Customers are strictly prohibited from making any part of this digital program publicly available. It is prohibited to copy the program or any part of the program; or to modify the program. It is prohibited to re-sell or make the program available to third parties.
Article 2: Payment
The program 'Magnetize Metal with Mind ' is in Australian Dollars. Customers are required to accept the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor they use Stripe or Paypal.
The Program fee is per person. Login details will be emailed upon payment and are to be protected and not shared. Note there are no refunds for this digital program.
Access to the digital program is for 90 days from date of purchase.
Article 3: Reliance on program materials and liability
While care has been taken to make this program as accessible to the general population as possible, it is not possible to reflect each individual customer's needs and requirements. Bree Qi can not guarantee that you will be successful magnetizing metal with your mind during the 90 days of program access.
Article 4: Your information
If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order.
